The first edition of the “Pomo d’Oro – Premio all’Eccellenza” award, organized by Salerno’s Region, Province and Chamber of Commerce, was held last 20 May at the splendid farm resort “Corte San Lorenzo” in Sant’Egidio del Montalbino. CTI FoodTech was one of the winners for the Industry/Commerce category and CEO Biagio Crescenzo was awarded the prize by hand of Italy’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Edmondo Cirielli. Among other winners, prestigious names of fashion, food, sport, retail and a special prize in the art category to legendary singer-songwriter Pino Daniele, represented by his brother Nello. “I’m very glad CTI FoodTech is once again awarded as an excellence of its industrial sector and of the economy” – says Biagio Crescenzo – “and it’s a honor to share this acknowledgment with such prestigious company. Our whole team’s efforts to compete on the international market are once again repaid and we hope this can motivate everyone working every day at the ambitious project of making our economy conquer the world to keep a positive outlook and do their best”.
