The article describes PCP’s plans to scale operations without increasing their footprint, after acquiring Del Monte Foods, which brought the amount of processed peaches to 15 million a day, all pitted with CTI FoodTech machinery at the Lodi (CA) plant.
PCP indicates in the interview CTI FoodTech as a strategic partner for the innovative investments aimed at their financial and technological growth, because their peaches and apricots are already processed with CTI FoodTech technology.
