A new Food Processing Expo will be held on Feb. 14 in Sacramento, California (USA). Once again, CTI FoodTech confirms its long and fruitful partnership with the event, which has helped it capture growing market share in the United States.
A large and welcoming booth will feature multimedia promotional materials that CTI FoodTech managers will explain to visitors selected from top executives in the U.S. and international food processing industry.
The focus this year will be on the CTI-EPC pear detorsolator, the world’s first designed to singularize each fruit, detecting its height, and process it individually, minimizing waste and maximizing yield. Visitors will also have the opportunity to appreciate the competitive features of the AP-1800 apricot pitter, the highest performing apricot pitter on the market, and the ZPF 320 peach pitter, which ensures a fragment-free end product while maintaining the highest speed on the market and reduced need for additional labor.
