Peach Pitter 320 ZPF

The Peach Spoon Pitter “Zero Pit Fragments” feeds, aligns along the suture line and pits peaches at a speed of min. 40 cycles per minute (by 8 lanes).

The machine is protected by two international patents: the new pitting system “Zero Pit Fragments”, patented as process and product, and the continuous orientation system.

Benefits

When the peaches have empty or fragile stones, current pitting systems break them, producing fragments stuck to the pulp, hard to detect and remove during inspection.

Thanks to the new patented system “Zero Pit Fragments”, immediately after the pre-cutting section, the peaches are kept from splitting apart by eight diaphragm cups which hold them during the pitting and then halving phases. So split pits are processed as good pits, and this allows to remove empty and fragile pits without producing fragments. 

The new automatic continuous orientation system (patented internationally) guarantees a percentage of properly positioned fruits equal to the torque pitting system (average efficiency of 90%) requiring no additional manpower, unlike the non-continuous aligning systems.
