CTI FoodTech was a guest for its automation systems at the event “Let’s Make Impact” organized by Schneider Electric in Casavatore, Italy on 26 March. The event was focused on how connectivity, robotics and artificial intelligence can boost a sustainable competitiveness for Southern Italian industries. University Of Naples Automation and Robotics professor Bruno Siciliano spoke about Industry 5.0 and 5G networks. CTI FoodTech employs Schneider Electric technology for movement control and operator activity, allowing them to interact with the machines through augmented reality. Schneider Electric is a global provider of energy management systems and the Casavatore facility is a 62.000 square meter Smart Factory Plant representing an Innovation Hub for local industries.
