The semiannual report “Alimentaciòn” published by Spanish National Technology Center for Canning (CTNC) runs an article on CTI FoodTech, crediting the company and its CEO Biagio Crescenzo with a substantial role in the development and growth of Spain’s fruit processing industry.
The article is focused on the book by Prof. Miguel A. López Morell, published to celebrate 100 years of Murcia based food processing industry association Agrupal and featuring CTI FoodTech through Biagio Crescenzo’s own contribution.
All the historical phases of what the publisher defines a “pocket corporation” are highlighted, and the future challenges CTI FoodTech is facing together with the Spanish food processing industry are outlined.
