Since 2007, CTI FoodTech has introduced on the Spanish market an avocado pitter derived from the model FMC 200-A.
The evolution of this model is the avocado pitter 360-AVC, which has a capacity of 360 fruits per minute, with automatic feeding and positioning of fruits (while the previous model was manual) and complete removal of the pit, without punch ejection and without disc cut to avoid decrease in weight yield and broken pits.
