General informations

Operation The feeder aligns the fruits at the entrance and transports the apricots to the orientation belts, feeding each of the six channels separately. The amount of fruit feeding the vibrator is controlled by a micro-switch via a sensor located in the center of the hopper. This micro-switch turns the power on or off to ensure a constant volume on the hopper. Using the plastic tapes and fingers, the fruits, passing through the orientation section, are placed and aligned along the suture line. The plastic fingers move in the same direction as the ribbons, so that the apricots are moved and the movement enables their orientation. The apricots are finally transferred to the cutting section. At the cutting station, the apricots rotate under the blades, while a machine-mounted stone removal system removes all the stones, separating them from the pulp.
