Peach Pitter 320 ZPF

The Peach Spoon Pitter “Zero Pit Fragments” feeds, aligns along the suture line and pits peaches at a speed of min. 40 cycles per minute (by 8 lanes).

The machine is protected by two international patents: the new pitting system “Zero Pit Fragments”, patented as process and product, and the continuous orientation system.

Benefits

When the peaches have empty or fragile stones, current pitting systems break them, producing fragments stuck to the pulp, hard to detect and remove during inspection.

Thanks to the new patented system “Zero Pit Fragments”, immediately after the pre-cutting section, the peaches are kept from splitting apart by eight diaphragm cups which hold them during the pitting and then halving phases. So split pits are processed as good pits, and this allows to remove empty and fragile pits without producing fragments.

The new automatic continuous orientation system (patented internationally) guarantees a percentage of properly positioned fruits equal to the torque pitting system (average efficiency of 90%) requiring no additional manpower, unlike the non-continuous aligning systems.

The Peach Pitter 320 ZPF guarantees:

Multi Fruit Coring

The Multifruit Coring is designed to output high quality half fruits destined to the top segments of the food market.

The machine is capable of ejecting separately from the fruit the core containing the pit and its fragments at the speed of 320 fruits per minute. Thanks to a system of continuous orientation, the machine can position automatically the core in relation to the fruit before removing it correctly.

CT800 – Peach torque pitting machine

The Peach Torque Pitter model CT800 feeds, aligns and pits clingstone peaches, at a speed of up to 82 peaches per minute. Besides the higher yield, the CT800 will output a high quality end product with improved pit cavity definition, less bruising and less slivers. Moreover, if the peach has a split pit, the SELECTIVE SPOON device is automatically activated and the fruit is cut with the spoon system during the normal torque pitting cycle.

The Peach Pitter model 350 APA-Vision, the evolution of model 320 APA-E, is equipped with a system of fruit positioning detection driven by a Programmed Logic Controller (PLC).

The machine can pit “freestone” and “clingstone” peaches at a mechanical speed of 350 fruits per minute.

The Peach Pitter model 320 APA feeds, aligns and pits “freestone” and “clingstone” peaches at a rate of up to 320 fruits per minute. The new continuous automatic orientation system achieves a 90%-95% good alignment rate. Minimal reprocessing is required due to the principle of knife pitting. Superior alignment efficiency, combined with gentle handling of soft (ripe) fruits, results in maximizing the amount of properly pitted halves.

The Peach Pitter model 320 APA-E is the direct evolution of the model 320 APA, and is provided with an electronic system managed by a PLC (Programmed Logic Controller).

The machine aligns along the suture line and pits “clingstone” and “freestone” peaches at a variable speed of up to 352 fruits per minute.

Thanks to the new automatic continuous orientation system (patented internationally), the 320 APA-E ensures a percentage of fruits aligned along the suture line (suture ≤ 10mm o 3/8″) equal to the torque pitting system (average efficiency of 90%), needing no manpower, unlike the non-continuous aligning systems.
