Monday 9 September 10:00AM at Teatro Verdi in Salerno, CTI FoodTech CEO Biagio Crescenzo will speak jointly with Innovation and Communication Director of Mare Group Giovanni Caturano at the “Talk with Italian Agrotech Innovation Ecosystem”, within the Agrifood Future event organized by Unioncamere and Salerno Chamber of Commerce, aimed at developing an innovative and sustainable approach to the food processing chain, compatible with the new global challenges such as climate change, new lifestyles and the impact of new digital technologies.
Biagio Crescenzo e Giovanni Caturano will introduce a collaborative project to apply AI and robotics to fruit processing, optimizing time, costs and reducing environmental impact.
Presidents of Confindustria Technology Innovation and Foodtech Groups Federico Giblas and Carmine Alfano will introduce the Talk, and other contributions will include Politecnico di Mlilano Director of Smart Agrifood Observatory Chiara Corbo.
