Fruit Pitters
When fresh fruit becomes not practical and convenient, because it is less available at certain latitudes and in certain seasons, or because the consumption situation makes preparation difficult, the ready alternative of processed fruit comes to our aid.
To produce fruit based preparations, for instance peach or apricot based, we need a production line organized in different processing stages, and one of these is removing the pit, which is called “pitting”.
