The avocado pitting machine model 300-AVC feeds and pits pyriform avocados at a mechanical speed of up to 280 fruits per minute. The fruits are conveyed to the feeder. A shuffle feeder system places and orients the fruits vertically, individually, in the alveoli of the fruit-bearing plates. In the cutting stage, two knives cut the fruit from above and below. Next, an ejector ejects the kernel, separating the two half-fruits. The frame and all elements in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel or food grade plastic.
