This is the story of 19 years old from Pontecagnano Faiano Andrea Carluccio, and 19 years old from Pontecagnano Faiano Michele Marrone, who, thanks to the alternance school-work project developed in collaboration with Confindustria Salerno, found a job at CTI FoodTech. The two young men told their experience at the Public Assembly of Confindustria Salerno, on the Augusteo theater stage.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI approached first CTI FoodTech thanks to the PMI DAY initiative \u2013 Carluccio explains \u2013 and this gave me the idea of spending my school-work alternance period at the company. An experience that helped me grow personally and professionally. I felt close to the management right from the start and I had a chance to use the machinery of last generation\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCTI FoodTech welcomed me like a family \u2013 Marrone highlights \u2013 I found an innovative reality attentive to the needs of the young. The project of school-work alternance represented a springboard for my career and a great training opportunity\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAndrea and Michele\u2019s stories show that, when all the actors of the job chain carry out their task at their best, important results are achieved in the promotion of employment \u2013 CTI FoodTech CEO Eng. Biagio Crescenzo proudly stresses \u2013 the two young men were chosen for the effort and the skills shown during the school-work alternance program. We decided to invest in their training, like we did with the other technicians in these years. We are proud that companies of Northern Italy or foreign come to the South to find talents, all the more if trained by us. Beware not to impoverish our work force.
