The story of CTI FoodTech in peach processing, especially pitting, begins in 1986, when the company C.T.I. (founded by Ing. Biagio Crescenzo), that already had a long experience as a manufacturer of machineries for fruits and vegetable processing, starts an export plan of Italian technology to Spain. <\/p>

C.T.I. quickly notices the low efficiency of the existing peach pitting technologies and, in just 4 years, achieves a leading position on the Spanish market, selling hundreds of peach spoon pitters, which CTI owns original patents for.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In 2011 CTI FoodTech consolidates its leadership on the Chinese market, thanks to the Peach Knife Pitter model 300-A, and completes the peach pitting line of the Chinese market leading company.<\/p>

In the meantime, the last Japanese manufacturer of canned peaches chooses the Peach Knife Pitter model 300-A for its production lines.<\/p>

CTI FoodTech designs and builds the Peach Pitter 320 APA-E, the electronic version of the 320 APA. The machine is provided with an electronic system driven by a PLC, which improves its productive performance compared with the previous model.<\/p>

The optical scan system implemented for the first time on other models is modified and installed on the Repitter Vision. The new machine is now capable of recycling the peaches that failed to repit because they were not correctly oriented.<\/p>
