Le innovazioni della CTI Foodtech protagoniste alla fiera Agroprodmash di Mosca (7-11 ottobre)

Dopo aver suscitato grande attenzione ed interesse alla WAC – “World Avocado Congress” di Medellin in Colombia, dove ha presentato la 300 AVC – macchina per denocciolare l’avocado, la CTI Foodtech sarà protagonista anche alla fiera “Agroprodmash”, in programma a Mosca dal 7 all’11 ottobre 2019.

L’Agroprodmash è uno degli eventi più importanti al mondo dedicato alle tecnologie per l’industria del food processing. Nel 2018 ha registrato la partecipazione di 800 espositori e 24 mila visitatori.

Presso lo stand FF058, una delegazione dell’azienda presenterà ai visitatori le ultime innovazioni made in CTI per il settore della trasformazione industriale della frutta. Tra queste, la Multifruit coring, macchina in grado di rimuovere separatamente dal frutto il nucleo contenente il nocciolo e suoi frammenti, alla velocità di 320 frutti al minuto, e la 350 APA VISION, capace di denocciolare pesche di tipo “freestone” e “clingstone” con una velocità meccanica di 350 frutti al minuto. L’innovazione costante e l’attenzione alle esigenze del mercato hanno permesso alla CTI Foodtech di posizionarsi tra i leader mondiali nella produzione di macchine per la denocciolatura della frutta, in particolare delle pesche con un mercato complessivo di oltre 7 miliardi di frutti processati.

New patent achieved in Chile

We are proud to inform you that we achieved, in partnership with Pasquale Fedele of Liquidweb, a new patent in Chile for the peach pitter model Mecatron.

A machinery provided with a revolutionary technology for the food industry, such as optical scan of suture line and robotized handling of the fruit, a result of the joint efforts of CTI and Liquidweb engineers.

The patent granted in Chile represents a further reward to our commitment into raising the bar of technology and quality in the fruit processing field. Special thanks to Pasquale Fedele for his decisive contribution to the implementation of CEO Biagio Crescenzo’s innovative vision.

CTI FoodTech one of the finalists of “Innovation Awards” at Fruit Logistica Berlin 2019

After winning the Best Practices Award of Confindustria Salerno, another success for CTI FoodTech. The Salerno based society, world leading manufacturer of fruit processing machines, was nominated one of the 10 finalists for “Innovation Awards” within Fruit Logistica Berlin 2019, the most important contest for the fruit processing sector. The prestigious nomination arrived thanks to the project “300-AVC”, the first machine in the world capable of pitting the avocado. An internationally patented product that is gaining great success and attention, as the first place at Best Practices

Award and the advance orders from major avocado processors demonstrate. Before the 300-AVC was introduced on the market, the pitting phase of the industrial processing of avocado was carried out exclusively by hand at canning plants around the world. The 300-AVC is one of the four Italian innovations selected and will be rated by over 70.000 visitors, who, from 6 to 8 February, will travel to Berlin to visit Fruit Logistica, the most important trade show in the world for this sector. To this date, no Italian company has won the first prize.
